Photo not loading properly?

I tried deleting it, and it was gone. Then I re-upload a completely different photo, and my old photo still shows up! (It only shows up on my profile, everywhere else is normal. Help! (Is this the right area for this topic? )

Sometimes it takes awhile for a new Photo to show up. I changed my avatar/photo last night and it took a couple hours for them to change.

No, mine changed immediately, but not on my profile. It was everywhere but my profile.
