No piercings. One of my friends wants to get an industrial which is kind of scary XD It looks really cool but I'd hate to have a piercing gun up there.
Like SK said, for an industrial, they'd use a needle as not to shatter the cartilage, but I had my cartilage done with a specific kind of gun that's hand-pressured rather than spring-loaded, which is not as dangerous.
I have seven piercings, all in my ears. I have three in each earlobe and one in my cartilage. I have a surgical steel hoop in my cartilage, and plastic hoops in my earlobes. My earlobes are really sensitive; I can't even wear hypoallergenic earrings in them. They'll get irritated. That's why I wear plastic or surgical steel. I haven't tried a whole lot of earrings in my cartilage, but I assume it'll react the same way.
