Parents and Grandparents

Help! I wanted to go visit my grandparents or parents on tamatown. The instructions tell me to go under my friends link, choose family and then history to get a password. When I get to history, it just gives me the history of my tama (name, gender, how old, weight, etc) and there is no password. Anyone know what Im doing wrong. I tried to go to parent and it won't let me.

You need to click the button to select PARENT. then you use button A to choose Parent or Grandparent. Then use Button B to see their details and get the passwords.

You can only get a Grandparent password if you are on Gen3.

But there have been many reported glitches that may cause your parent list to show up incorrectly.

The History file stores details of any tama's that died.

That happened to me , I even checked under my parents and I didn't see the grandparent .

I think it was because I cheacked my parent to much on the list

thats rubbish! all you do is tipe in your passport password u can be any generation actualy!!! [listen to me]

My parent password comes up with "error" when I enter it in TamaTown. Anyone knows why? Also my friend can no longer access her parent on her tamagotchi so she can't get a password.
