A.Sit on the ground

B.Get up from sitting on the ground

C.Bend down to pick something up

D.Walk

E.Get out of the car

Shall I go on?!

Any idea of what I can do to make it stop?!

Rest it on a pillow with some ice. It won't feel better just like that but it will feel much better then it was feeling like before.

Use those pads that turn from hot to cold. That might help you, if it doesn't then use Lily12's idea!!

you should do the R.I.C.E method:

R= Rest

I=Ice and heat

C= compress w/ pressure

E= Elevate it
