LOL, I have had this happen to me very many times before. Just play another song or keep your mind set on other things and you'll forget all about the Head, Shoulder, Knees, and Toes, Knees, and Toes, and Eyes, and Ears, and Mouth, and Nose. Head, Shoulder, Knees, and Toes. LOL.

Maybe you could try to sing it out?

Just sing out as loud as you can or sing it as loud as you can, but mix up the words and rythems.

Right after, stick another song in your head right away and break up the other song.
