Omg omg my poem

Omg, I sent a poem into an Amateur Writing Contest and I got a letter today. It said I was a semifinalist in the contest and I could win prize money or a medal. It was awesome! But that's not the best part.

THEY SAID THAT MY POEM WAS GOING TO BE PUBLISHED IN A BOOK OF POETRY!!!! I'm SOOOO happy! Omg I'm so so so so so excited!! it gets published in Spring of 09!

Here's the poem I sent in:

Creative

Alas unknown

Realistically accident prone

Love as I might

Obsessive I border

Things will never change

Twilight will always remain

Another book on my shelf

Sisterly love has not reached me yet

Although we've had our moments

I wish almost all the time

Not for many things, but a couple in particular

A dream I've heard will never come true

The love of the main character in my book

One hundred times, I'll wish for these
