Old or New Mametchi?

Which Mametchi do you like more?

This one (old)

Or this one (new)

I was just curious. In case you didn't know, on American Tamas, the new Mametchi sprite was first used on the V3. It has been used since then.

I am a fan of the new one.

One thing I never got, the the Mametchi was blue, yet the new one is yellow. How does that work?

Well, Mametchi is SUPPOSED to look like a yellow critter with a big head and large eyes. The NEW pixel looks more like what the actual character is supposed to look like. The old one is fat and plain. It doesn't look like Mametchi.

I voted for his old sprite, especially because his old Japanese sprite is really cute, and the new one while smiling, Not too detailed though... His old sprite was ^U^ sort of now the new one is 8D sort of looking.
