Ok so on the weekend something bad Happend, (well sorta the weekend, friday night) In another town not far from where i am A Guy got murdered, his son Slit his father's throat open with a knife and killed him. thats scary!

Not often I hear about murders around where I live (Phew) But even now It kinda of freaked me out... And you probably don't live anywhere near me.

Well the town i live in is sorta small (population- 6000, and the population for the town that the guy got murdered in is...170) Theres another town between where i live and the Murder town, its population is like 300 and its a village (yes villages exist XD) But im Canadian (and since this topic is about a murder you're probably thinking im in ontario cause ontario is pretty big and murders probably happen there alot or so i've heard. but im in a different province)

'neways, in a city of 3 million, there is TONs of murders.

Well a lady tried to kidnapp me once so I no longer think "It won't ever happen to me" x_x'

My town doesn't have that many bad peopel considering it's kinda small... but it's getting MUCH bigger. It's turning into a city.

They say there are about 300 registered sexual predators in our city. I dunno how many that is considering I don't know our population. xD

Sounds like Downtown Jacksonville, well ALL of Jacksoville. There has been atleast 100+ Murders last year (2006) I live in a small neighborhood, with no crime....About 15 minutes from the Downtown area

Our neighbor once got jumped and he seriously injured one of the guys that jumped him. BY ACCIDENT (I belive him - he was a nice guy.) He came over to our place at like 2 in the morning (I was asleep) covered in blood. He let our dogs out (d'oh!) and knocked on the door. Apparently he had heard noises in his yard and he had gone out with a knife. Then these guys jumped out from under their bridge (it goes over a stormwater drain)and scared him and he madly stabbed at the air. No one was killed, but he still had to go to a low security jail (lol - he can practically walk out of it). Also, about an hour away from us, there's a high security jail that has Ivan Millat (you might not have heard of him - he's infamous around where I live. Here's a link to him.) Its pretty scary having a serial killer that close to where I live, but I know he can't get out.

It's a city in Washington. I used to live in the city right under it x.x

Everything up there is really run down and old, and the people aren't exactly friendly. A LOT of crime happens there.

well in my town there hasnt been a crime but one of my friends at school in my class got rapped.But the guy who rapped her was caught.Its pretty scary to thnk that some criminals might live around u.So luckily in my town nothin bad has happened
