"I'm not sure." Voriz admitted. "They should live."

Zane looked over at Eleanor. "She's been like that since I've know her!"

"You saw Damien. They're gonna try and kill you." Gemma said softly.

"Really?" Kieran raised an eyebrow. "Then again, it doesn't look like she's showing any signs yet..."

"we'll deal with it if it happens." Voriz told her. "No need to worry about that."

"well, what kinda of curse are you talking about? What would happen to her?" Zane asked.

"Damien looked so mad at me..." Gemma mumbled, not really listening to Voriz.

"Mm... signs are pointing to either painful slow death or her going completly insane, dragging everyone else down with her... while painfully dying." Kieran shrugged. "Either way, it ain't looking good."

Voriz sighed. "This is all my fault." he told her.

"Yeah, let's just hope you're wrong." Zane said.

Voriz seems less evil now xD

Gemma shook her head before reconsidering. "Well, to be fair, you did cause the apocalypse."

Eleanor, still slightly in shock, moved closer to Zane. "Do you think Voriz did it?"

xD, I'm working on a new evil person.

Voriz nodded. "Yeah, I know."

"I'm not sure. I don't think he would." Zane said. "He doesn't feel we're a threat anymore."

Oh god xD I might just take it that he/she is the one that cursed Eleanor xD

Gemma sighed, finally sitting down next to Voriz. "So yeah, don't you think that'll count against you?"

"Then who the heck..." Eleanor trailed off, sighing and resting her head on Zane's shoulder. "Ahh, my head hurts. I'll puzzle over that later."

"Listen, I know what I've done! They have a lot of stuff to be mad at me about." Voriz told her.

Zane nodded. "Yeah, okay. Now let's go." He said, holding Eleanor's hand and beginning to walk.

Gemma flinched slightly, before asking quietly "If you had the chance to reverse it, would you?"

Eleanor also started to walk, followed by Kieran. Eventually she frowned, turning to Kieran. "So... what type of immortal are you then?"

"Me? Mage. Specifcally the elemental kind." Kieran replied, giving a small grin. Eleanor nodded, slowly turning back to Zane. "This is so weird..."

"what is, finding out you're old boyfriend is an immortal, or that everyone is dead?" Zane asked.

"I'm not sure. They all deserved it. I kept the innocent alive." Voriz replied.

"The innocent?" Gemma asked, frowning. "How'd you decide that? I don't think your, uh, 'collegues' are particularly innocent..."

"Both." Eleanor said, before jumping. "I, I, no! Kieran was never my boyfriend!" She sighed. "It was... one sided love."

"Well, I kept them alive because I needed help ruling the world." Voriz said.

zane nodded. "Yeah, okay."

So when is New Guy/Girl going to make an appearence? x)

"Oh, of course." Gemma said, giving a nervous laugh before abruptly falling silent.

"Yeah... I always wondered why I was always still attracted to him, even when I kept telling myself he was an idiot..." Eleanor said quietly, before shaking her head. "Anyway. Let's get off the topic of my love life now."

Later...

"Well, it can't be that bad, can it? I mean, I'm involved." Zane joked, trying to lighten the mood.

Voriz looked at Gemma, not knowing how to break the silence.

Eleanor gave a small laugh, hitting Zane's shoulder. "Oh, most annoying of the lot." She teased, before quickly kissing his cheek to show he didn't mean it.

Gemma didn't look up at Voriz, tracing patterns on her leg. "We should probably do something other than sit here." she said with a weak smile.

Zane laughed a little. "Yeah, he sounds like a jerk."

"Yeah, probably. What do you have in mind?" Voriz asked her.

"Ahh, I'm pretty sure there's a good guy underneath all that jerk-ness." Eleanor grinned, ruffling Zane's hair.

"Nothing really. I just... said it." Gemma said, rather lamely.

lol, Voriz and Gemma are so awkward.

Zane smiled. "Yeah, I guess he's okay." he said, before walking up to a house. "There's someone in here."

"You sure? Cause I don't have any ideas." Voriz told her.

Eleanor gave another laugh before frowning at the house. "Yeah, there definitly is..." She hesistated, before reaching for the handle, slowly opening the door. "Hello?"

"Neither do I." Gemma said, before curling up and leaning against Voriz. "Although I guess I'm okay with this for now."
