Mysims HELP!

Okay, so I've been playing mysims alot lately. Just recently in my town I moved in DJ Candy and did a whole bunch of tasks for her. I went to the hotel to see if thee was anyone I could move in and there was no one!

I waited a whole day (In mysims) and still nobody. Another day and nobody. ect ect.

WTF IS HAPPENING!?!?!
