My tamagotchi online froze

Hey, I have a tamagotchi music star and I was trying to log my tamagotchi on and when I typed on the PC code it froze. Does anyone know how it will work.

Maybe it's a problem with your computer or internet connection, or maybe it's Music City's problem. Music City tends to be very sluggish for me.
