[SIZE=14pt]Just leave it alone for a while.Don't do anything to it for a little bit.It will start to look sad neglected and a little wierd.Then praise it.Your training will double.And if you don't have any training you will get one.You can do this until your training is all full.[/SIZE]

Tips:
Tip 1: When your tamagotchi beeps out of no where. No reason what soever. Punish it. That will give you a bar.
Tip 2: When your tamagotchi has happys and food praise it. You get 1 bar.
Tip 3: Don't over punish or over praise it.
