My tama pause for a long time

my tama had pause since yesterday( 6pm)...is it a common thing?

why does it pause in such a long time

im new in this...is it also common for them to pause suddenly themselve?

Welcome to Tamagotchi

To pause or unpause your Tamagotchi, press the B button (the middle button) while holding the A button ( the left button). It will stay paused until you unpause it. It shouldn't pause itself, perhaps you accidentally knocked some buttons.
