Well I got my job 24 hours after I had the adult and that was age 4. Please be a little paitent so people can reply to your topics. Really getting a job is random. Make sure you take your tamagotchi to school a lot. Make sure his/her skill points are high also. Don't forget to play lots of games and often connect.

My job came at age of 4...I didnt know what to do because I lost my instructions

And missed out 2 job invatation things.but then later on in the day the 3rd invatation came and I FINALLY got a job as a kinder garden teacher TT_TT I want to be new rocksstart designer but no one would accept me so I went with the teacher >.<

Normally I get mine about 24hours after being an adult too, but sometimes I get a job when my Tama is way older, so maybe it is random, or maybe it depends on the life points... h34r:
