My King Password doesn't work, and cannot claim Golden Tamagotchi

I'm not sure what's going on :c

Yesterday I donated 5000p all in one go, then read that you have to donate in 3 installments. So I donated another 5000p today in three different amounts, and got my password.

I went to Tamatown, went to the king, and entered the password. All I get is, "Sorry the password is incorrect"

What's going on? I entered my Tamagotchi Username in all capitals.

Also, I found everything for the Golden Tamagotchi, and when I go to claim it, it tells you to click on the tamagotchi for your password or whatever. I clicked on it and nothing pops up.

Help ;c

Oh and if this helps my tamagotchi is a V3, I bought it from a friend

The American V3 Tamatown is not working right now, so you may want to try using https://tamagotchieurope.com instead. If this doesn't work, maybe you got the password wrong? In that case, I think you're out of luck, but I'm not sure. I could be wrong. Also, I never heard you had to donate 5000 gotchi points in three installments. I donated it all at once. How many points does your Tamagotchi say you've donated now?

I've donated 10000 now (I just decided to even it up to 10), but I donated 5000 all at once at first and received no password. Then donated 1500 on top of that, and received a password.
