My little brother smashed his tamagotchi (v1) just to get the microchip! Don't you think that's just sooooo horrible? I mean, who smashes their tamagotchi just to get the micro chip inside?!

You don't have to smash one to see what's inside, you can see easily when you go to bebug your tama.
