I just got the music star version that other day. And I have no idea how to get gotchi points. So I can't buy anything I played the games but I still have 0 points. What do I do to get points?

You have to do good in the games. When your tama is an adult it will get very large sums of money after concerts.

how good? when i play the sound block and the sing a song game, I always finish all the levels. I get points for originality and stuff, but not points to buy stuff with

I think Shiba means that if you do well in the games, you will get extra rhythm/tone/originality points, which help your Tamagotchi get a good career later on and when it's got a good career it can earn loads of Gotchi Points from concerts! (That's what I've heard anyway.)
