Music City?

Um, i just got a new music tamagotchi, and I'm really unsure when the Music City is going to open. I know its going to open today, since it IS december 22. But, does it open at a certain time?

When exactly will it open?

I figured that it will open at a later time since it might have to keep up with the time with other countries around the world.

I totally forgot it opens today =O We'll just have to keep looking throughout the day =)

Right now it says that Music City is just about ready and they're experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment.
