He opened his mouth, and gave a nervous grin. Blue braces over crooked teeth. Alli winced, and gave a shaky laugh.

Avi blinked and said, "Thanks.... is something wrong?"

He shut his mouth quickly, and shook his head. "just.. got bad teeth.. runs in the family, ya know? My dad's side. When I was captured, they called me 'Ol Sawtooth The Buck Tooth Wonder'."

Avi frowned. She'd like to find those people and tear them apart, and drink their blood for sport. "Well, I still think you're extremely handsome. And, I would choose you over anyone, anyday."

All sighed. "i got greasy skin, acne everywhere. don't even get me started with my hair. it's so ratty. i keep it in dreds for a reason, ya know? the only nice feature on me are my eyes." And odd but pretty eyes he did have. Crystal lightblue- they stood out nicely.

Avi frowned again. "Alli, acne is a normal part of human adolesence. It's a stage that will pass. And I like your dreds. I mean, why would I say something if I didn't think it was the truth?"

Alli shook his head. "no, i don't got perfect skin like him." He winced. "Sora's a year older, maybe two.. look how.. perfect he is." Alli sighed. "i'm not handsome. and you'll probably be the target of some racist idiots for dating me. because of my name and skin tone, people think i'm middle easter. i'm not though. and last girl i was with, they put her through hell. somehow i am always the target for those jerks, and so are my loved ones."

Avi said, "Perfect??? nobody's perfect. Believe me, I should know. And I could care less what other people say. to me, they're just the mortals who not only hate the unknown, but hate their own people as well. They are not worth my time. And I could just as easily put THEM through hell. I'm much stronger than meets the eye, Alli." She took a good sized rock in her hand, then crushed it into dust.

Alli blinked, "Avian.." He said quietly. "don't crush rocks, it's bad for the skin." He smiled gently, and took her hands. "So, you really don't care about what they say?" His eyes burned into her, like mini light blue crystals attached to his eye balls.

Avi smiled and whispered, "Not in the least." She squeezed his hands, very gently.

He smiled, and then closed his eyes and laid back. "Avian, your specail. very unique. a siren and vampire, with beauty beyond compare.."

Avi laid next to him, curling close to rest her head on his chest. She smiled and said nothing, appreciating his affectionate compliments.

"i'm not done. kindness that never ends, and a smile brighter than the moon's reflection upon the waters.." Alli whispered. "a wonderful personality, with the looks of a goddess. you just.. are perfect."

If Avi's heart could beat, it would have been going a mile a minute. Her face would have been blood red. However, she felt a heat in her face, that was her form of blushing. Again, she didn't say anything, but it was because she was too shocked to reply. That was the most poetic and beautiful thing ever. She lifted her head, then kissed him passionately. When she pulled back, she just stared at him, smiling.

He was suprised at her reaction- Alli wasn't trying to be romantic or anything, he just spoke the truth. He shrugged, and wrapped his arms around her."Avian.. Avian.. My sweet little Aviance."

Avi nuzzled her face against his chest, perfectly content. "Hm..." she let out a happy sigh.

"what do you want now?" He asked quietly.

Avi said, "I don't know." She kept herself curled close to him.

He nodded. "okay, love.." Alli sighed. "i'm so bored."

Avi sighed and sat up, stretching. "I'm sorry..." she said quietly. "I guess that's my biggest flaw. I'm not very good company." She smiled sheepishly.
