Marie sighed softly and said, "I can't, I have to keep up in my classes. I would love to, but school is important to me. And if I don't keep my grades up, I lose scholarship money." She traced her tongue on his lower lip, then got to her feet, straightening herself up. "I really have to go now." She got her books and walked out of her dorm.

Marie walked to her first class, sitting down quickly and quietly, then stared at the board, unable to focus, thinking too much about Gale and his offer.

Gale had arrived home, and looked at Ishmael and Azazel. "... Hi." He walked away from them, closing his bedroom door behind him.

Ishmael looked over at him and sighed. "I bet Marie was acting conservative with him today," he whispered to Azazel, admiring the rings on her left ring finger. "But ever since we got married, she's been rethinking marriage."

Marie went back to her dorm around lunchtime, taking out her pearl she used to contact Gale. She murmured the spell, then whispered into the pearl, "Meet me in my dorm as soon as possible. Please? I've been thinking of you all day."

Gale blinked, and put the pearl in his pocket. He went through the door that lead him to the Royal City, and with a few words whispered, he was at Marie's window. He tapped on the window, confused.

Marie pulled him in and kissed him passionately, smiling against his lips. "I won't go all the way," she told him softly, "but I'll go pretty far..."

"Azazel, you're a wonderful woman," he whispered. "And I love you too!" He kissed her forehead, smiling happily at her.

Marie said, "Well, this morning,I just noticed how... disappointed you seemed. And I was kind of disappointed we didn't get to have a little bit of fun. Let me lay down a couple rules though, okay? I'll remove my corset from under my dress, but I won't take off more than that. Touching only, okay?" She sat on the sofa, undoing the back of her dress, then turning her back to Gale. "Will you untie my corset, please?"

Gale blinked- this was all bizarre. But he untied the back of her corset. "There you are." He stroked her hair, looking away. His cheeks were pink.

Ishmael grinned and said, "Well, you marrying me has made me the happiest man in the world!" He laughed and kissed her.

Marie said, "I'm sorry, I just... what we talked about this morning, and with how long we've known each other... I don't know, just kissing isn't enough sometimes. I sound like an idiot, but I don't think moving slightly forward would do us any harm, do you?" She slid the corset around, then removed it from under her dress, leaving the back open.

Marie faced him, then leaned forward and started kissing him passionately, hiking up her skirt and climbing onto his lap.
