Marie tried to read it very slowly. As she read it, her face turned pink, because she thought she sounded like an idiot. "My first classes are reading/ writing, then math. Then I have elemental magic class, charms and transformations class, senior advanced magic class, then an extra advanced magic study period."

"Sounds like a nice schedule!" Scott smiled.

Marie nodded and said, "Okay then. Where do we start?"

"Today's Sunday, so class will begin tomorrow." Scott nodded, "it's like normal school- class lasts from Monday to Friday. We start school at 7:40 a.m, and end at 3:00 p.m." He smiled, "and then we have the rest of the day to do as we wish."

Got back from babysitting. I'm exhausted xD

Marie nodded, putting that information into her memory. "Okay... I got it. What about food? Do we ever eat here?"

are they energetic kids?

"We have a cafeteria that also serves as a cafe. The food is delicious- three meals a day." Scott smiled, "Want me to take you there?"

They are energetic, but I also had to take the kids with me to my dental appointments and stuff xD

He offered her his arm, "hold on to me." Scott laughed quietly, and then looked up. "So who told you about this place?"

For the most part they behaved.

Marie linked her arm through his and beamed up at him. "Thanks!" When he asked her a question she responded by saying, "Miss Azazel, my papa's special friend."

i love how little kids do that...

its like so funny.

one moment they're sweet and cuddling into you, the next they pull out scissors and snip off a chunk of hair

"We come from a long line of Wizards, and he's particularly gifted. Azazel seeked him out to be her apprentice when she was hear at the Academy, judging a display of our skills. I'm here to try and impress Azazel as well. She's a gifted witch, you see. One of the most famous in the world."

Marie said, "Azazel saw my magic, and she picked me up and danced around with me and said I was very gifted. I come from lots of magic ladies. My mommy said to not use my powers, but... I can't help it! Why have gifts if you never use them!? But Gale, he's... he's my bestest friend in the whole wide world."

"Gale is a... I've never been close to him. He's scary and very mean when he wants to be. But if he's your best friend, you must see good in him." Scott nodded. "And then you must be gifted if Azazel reacted that way. So she's your step mom?"

"He was very grumpy when I first met him. But he likes butterflies, and I made a special crystal butterfly for him, and he liked it a whole lot, and he started being nice to me. And we talked a lot, and we-- we became besties." She blushed slightly and laughed, then shook her head. "No, my papa and Azazel aren't married or anything. But I bet they will someday."
