Metax smiled. "Follow me." He said, walking back towards Anja.

"I... Can't be in the light. I apologize."

"What... are you exactly?" He asked.

"I'm nothing. Just a soul bonded to the darkness."

"Oh." Metax said. "I'll go get Anja to come here. Please don't go anywhere." He said, running back to Anja. "Uh.. the third person...wants to meet you. But they can't leave the dark. Can you come over there with me?"

Anja blinked. "Thats really strange."

"I know. But it will get hurt if it comes near the light."

Metax smiled, and took her hand. He led her to the spot where the figure was.

"..." The figure was silent, but then stepped back and hissed. "She reflects too much light. Her hair!"

Metax sighed. "Close your eyes."

"It's not my eyes!" It cried, "I feel it digging into my flesh like knives."

Metax stepped in front of Anja. "Is that better?" He asked.

"Much... Much better..." It sounded like it fell to its knees.

"Sorry." Metax whispered to Anja.

"It is fine." Anja smiled gently.

"I hate this curse of mine." It sighed.

"Curse?" Metax asked.

"When I was younger, I... got cursed for stealing from a witch. I'm not allowed in any form of light."
