Metax hurried back to the part of the cave he recognized. "Do you think.. It needs help?"

 
I'm thinking of ways to do my work that will be somewhat interesting/helpful.

Aviance giggled, pulling him even closer, pressing against him. "But it'll be somewhat strange, because I won't be able to hold you like this once my stomach gets too big."

"It'll be fine." He grinned, "beleive me."

"I... I don't know." Anja whispered.

 
xD sadly, I don't have enough cookies in the world for that.

I'll probably do it when I feel happy about doing it.

Aviance playfully kissed his neck. "I'm glad you think so, but I'll be going crazy for you for the duration of the pregnancy. It'll be really difficult for me."

 
do some reading, a few math questions, a couple of other things... *sigh*

Aviance smirked at him, continuing to kiss his neck. "I think I'd be up for that," she giggled.

 
Metax nodded. "I've been thinking. This relationship... It's not going to work out. For a while, yes, but not forever. You grow at te normal rate, while I appear seventeen and am really one hundred and eight." He looked down, crying. "What should I do? What can I do? I want to stay with you, but the way our species grow, it's different."

Aviance kissed his chin, then murmured, "I love you, Alli. You're the only one for me, I know it."

"Could I become a vampire?" Anja asked, "Don't cry..." She kissed his eye lids again.

Alli kissed her cheek. "I love you too. Always."

Aviance sat on his lap, wrapping his arms around her middle, and placing one of his hands on her stomach.

 
Metax thought about that. "If you want." He sighed. "But there are some stange... Effects, that happen when I bite someone to turn them into one. It's only happened twice, but if it happened again..."

 
"'m really glad that you're happy about this. I mean... I was so scared that you wouldn't like having a baby of our own. I know, it's a lot sooner than we had planned... but now's as good a time as any."

 
Aviance replied, "At first I was so scared, and upset. And I was all alone, which didn't help. But now.. I can't help feeling happy about greeting a new life."

 
"But the side effect." He sighed. "Let me tell you before you decide. I was once very injured and at a hospital when I met a child with cancer. I felt bad for him, and then he asked ne to bite him. He thought as a vampire he would survive the cancer. I traveled back there a year later to see if it worked, and he... Was older. About 15, when at the time I met him he was nine. I was fifteen when got changed. Everybody I turn into a vampire becomes my age. It's like how the liquids in your body are jewels. It's a stupid side effect that makes no sense. You won't even be thirteen, you would be seventeen. That's four years you miss." He sighed. "Don't do it unless your sure. I want to be with you, but you would be different."
