She poked his nose, and laughed. "I see."

Metax put his arms around her, slowly kissing her.

She kissed back, curling into him. She was cold.

"You're cold." He said, taking out a blanket, wrapping it around her.

She put it around him too. "I tend to be cold a lot."

He smiled. "This will keep you warm." He said, putting his arm around her.

"Thank you." She whispered, laying her head on his shoulder.

Metax yawned. "Let's get some rest, I'm tired."

"Good night." She whispered, laying down.

Metax nodded, falling asleep.

A while later, Anja woke up again. She looked at the sleeping Metax, and smiled.

Metax woke up. He saw Anja. "What's wrong?"

"Oh nothing. Go back to sleep."

"I can't. I had a bad dream." He looked down.

She put an arm around him. "What happened?"

"You know about my friend that was killed by the werewolves, right? She was really my girlfriend." He admitted. "She was killed because they diddn't allow her to be in love with a vampire." he said, a tear coming down his eye. "I should have told you."

She stroked his hair, "shhh, its okay. Don't cry." She whispered, "Close your eyes again."

Metax did as he was told, expecting to be kissed on the eyelid again.

She kissed his eyelids, and then held him close.

Metax held her close. "Nothing will ever happen to you. I promise." He whispered.
