Aviance felt like she was being drained of all energy. Her movements had become sluggish, she could barely eat, or remember things. She even forgot that it was her birthday. Her big 17th... or was it 18th? She would have to ask Alli if he could recall.

Terra smiled, "once upon a time, there was a young princess named... Alidine." She whispered.

Alli was laying down, staring at the sky.

"Alli, how old am I going to be today?" She asked him worriedly, trying to think back. Out in the wild, she seemed to have lost track of time. Had she been here for years? Or was it months. No, it couldn't be months. Could it?

Jade stared out into the distance from the tree branch she rested upon. Everything seemed to be calm, still. But she knew it probably wouldn't last. Not for long.

He smiled bright, moving his head to look his mom in the face as she spoke.

Croy sat behind her, running his fingers through her hair. "Whats on your mind?" He murmured, casually.

"Well... mostly how calm this forest is today. And then, our future, it's also on my mind." Her reply was nearly as casual as his, but she seemed almost lost.

"... Probably 17." He said.

Terra rocked him back and forth, "a girl of your age. One day... She, she didn't want to take a nap. So her mom, the queen, braught her to a witch, to try and get a sleeping potion."

"She was a good witch, unlike her sister. That nice witch said that it was wrong, and that they had the wrong idea. The queen wasn't happy, so she snuck into the mean witch'es house, and took a whole bag of potions. She didn't even know what they did, but she assumed that she'd have atleast one sleep potion."

"But what if one was Poi-zun?" He said, his eyes never leaving his mothers face. Now that some of the children could be taught, one of the first things they learned was that theres was something called poison and it came in many forms, and was deadly to little ones like them.

"So the queen, one she was home and safe, dug through the bag of potions. One was a love potion, one was a sleep potion, one was poison... But the last one was a happilly ever after potion."
