Everett, because Dani was not really his, was blank on what to do next- he looked around wildly at the others.

Dani was shaking violently, going along with the guy because he knew to follow directions to not get a smack or something awful like that. He still looked terrified.

Croy sunk down to his knees, in an almost childish state no one alive had ever seen him in. He knew they could care less, so he let himself get into the near catatonic state.

"Shhh, fair boy. Please, do not shed your tears. I won't harm you." He stroked Dani's cheek tenderly, stopping the twirling. He sat down, hugging the boy close.

Dani hushed, chewing his lip and laying on the guy silently while the others gawked.

Isaac stroked Dani's hair now, humming a lullaby. He stopped, "Do not fear me, I am Isaac."

Dani looked at Sora- it was for a second, a brief second- then closed his eyes and nodded, laying his head on Isaacs chest with some hesitation. "Isaac..." He whispered, repeating the name back to him. "Dani. Im Dani."

and this guy, Brice, keeps checking me out

everyone says to avoid him, he's a player

and he kept talking to me

he's in half of my classes

and the band here is terrible

like... my old school band would slaughter them

they are TERRIBLE

Sora winced, not sure of what to do. He was scared of this guy.

Isaac smiled softly, "Dani, is it." He let out a girlish giggle, and stood up. He turned to Everett. "How much for the boy?"

Everett blinked, then frowned. "Hes not for sale. No one here is for sale, definatly not him."

Isaac frowned, and then kissed Dani's forehead. "i need a new boy."

Well, you wont be at that school for much longer.

Everett curled his lips into a silent snarl, upset not only that this guy was here and trying to buy someone away from them, but that no one else seemed willing to help Dani. "What if hes happy here? If he dosent want to go? Dani, your happy here, yha?"

Dani nodded. He liked Sorrow and Yulia- scratched that, he loved them. He didnt want to go away without them.

Everett jerked his hand in a presenting motion. "There you are. Hes not for sale. What would we do with your petty money, anyhow?"

Isaac sighed, and let go. "I see." He looked a little hurt, and stood up. "I can sense women in the area."

I hope you dont have to wear uniforms there.

Everett was shocked still for a moment- he expected Tera to walk in on them, only to be whisked away- but he loosened after he realized his reaction. "Maybe its the centaurs. Im sure they would be oh so happy to see you."

"Maybe." He said quietly, but suddenly picked Dani up.

Dani let out a squeal in surprise, and Everett lurched foreward a bit, catching himself and rocking on his feet, speechless.

Dani blinked at him, rapidly, a few times, and bit his lip, nodding.

But a but of his hair frizzed and crackled. All that pent up electricity, held assured by Sorrows ice blocks, was breaking through because of his frightened state of mine.
