The bird breathed a few times, stopped, breathed, stopped, and went on like so a few times before it became steady.

Kyouri nodded slowly, then turned the kid around, twoards his little brother. "Well, you can work on bringing her back now."

The bird lay there for some time, before making squaks of distress at her sore broken wings and her situation.

Sorrow took the bird in her hands, stroking her. "shhh your fine now. they'll come back, your wings." She started to mutter words at too fast of a pace to understand, setting the bird down. Sorrow smiled, drawing a circle around the bird.

The bird seemed calmed by her and her words, relaxing in the center.

Sorrow stroked her sofltly, and then snapped her fingers. A loud crackle was heard, and a cloud of pink smoke came up. "she should be back."

But when the smoke cleared, it was only the bird. However, she was an all-better bird, and she quickly pressed herself up and looked around the room, curiously, before flying and landing on Nathaniels shoulder.

The bird let out a no shriek and cuddled up against her lover, her head rubbing all over him.

She cocked her head, then hopped down, fluffing out her wings.

She blinked a bit at him, then shuffled off to Sorrow.

Sorrow smiled, picking up the bird. "your a pretty one." She started to draw shapes around the bird again, this time the pattern far more intricate.

The bird hopped around a bit, looking around curiously at all these people. She looked as if she was about to fly back to Nathaniel. She was a big bird- now looking at her, not quite a hawk, but slightly bigger then a falcon and definatly a hunting bird.

Sorrow stroked her head for a second, "don't move, birdie." And then her eyes went into that scary gray shade, and some language started to come out of her mouth. She snapped again as blue smoke came up this time.

This time, there was a sort of scream, and the bird, again, stumbled out.

Kyouri didnt seemed so shocked. "You know what?" He murmured, from the back. "Nathaniel, when you fund her, what did she look like?"

Sorrow growled, "what the hell is going on?"

"She was a beautiful girl with purple-blue hair, and she had wings. I saved her from drowning when we first met."

Kyouri set a hand on Sorrow and Pulled Nathanial over. "Okay. So you found her as a human. so thats what your trying to turn her back into...." He paused. "But what if, maybe, she was this in the first place? That her human forme was just temporary, until some spell was broken or something? I may even go so far as to say everything you did with Tettra was some sort of illusion, not compleatly untrue, but, you know, not true all the same. That, in the the end, she was just a bird."
