Your tamagotchi will grow in time, every few days. If it hasn't grown for a while, check if it's dead. (It will look like an angel.. kind of )

Gozarutchi is gotten through bad care, letting all hungry/happy hearts go, letting Tamagotchi be ill a lot etc will help towards your Tamagotchi becoming a Gozarutchi (plus on V3 your Tamagotchi must be on an even generation to get Gozarutchi and on V4 it must be a boy).

The "fiery headed duck" is Hinotamatchi - a teenager, Gozarutchi (the Ninja) is an adult so the next time your Tamagotchi grows up it will become adult and MIGHT be a Gozarutchi, even with the all the bad care you've listed it's not 100% certain.
