For a start, as much as nobody likes to admit it, all teenage girls end up taking such pictures of themselves. Don't believe me? Go to MySpace. That's perfect proof right there.

Secondly, these pictures are part of Miley's personal life, something that we, the general public, have absolutely no right to look into. If the paparazzi would just nudge AWAY from the personal lives of stars, controversies like this wouldn't be so frequent in the media.

For those of you that suddenly decide to hate her after this, I doubt you could have really been fans of her at all. Everybody goes off and does something messed up every once in a while, but I'm sure you'd hate to lose your friends because your tripped over a rock or something.

Judge a person based on what they say and who they are inside, not the things they do.

Sure we wouldn't but she isn't "a normal teen". She is now a working member of society. Should employers not look online for who they are going to choose to work for them? Is that wrong? If they have drunk, nude pictures online do you think that a respectable business will hire them?
Only in this case, we hold the key to employment. If know one likes her, she won't get the parts, won't get the show and she won't be famous.

That's especially when you're working with kids, and in a sense, she is.

When/if you have kids, are you going to hire a babysitter/nanny who poses naked for the cameras? I'd hope not.

You know what's really annoying about this situation? Some of the replies, seriously. Now whenever I typical non-famous female does photos like this no one says, anything. Yet whenever a female celebrity does stuff like this stuff you wanna talk down about them, it's so stupid. Almost everyone are role-models, and should set examples, not always your #1 fan.

How is she stuck-up? Everyone does something bad once in a while, some of my friends at school takes photos like that on myspace, and yet no one makes a big deal about it. But when a celebrity does it you guys go all that so and so!!!

She's cool, and that's all. She's not no "****", "whore", "bad example", or anything just because she takes those pictures. If any kid was smart enough to not follow everyone on T.V. it wouldn't be a problem. So stop blaming everyone on T.V., and what you hear from books, magazines, and etc.

I still like her! I am a true Miley fan. xD I guess I wasn't a true Vanessa Hudgens fan because after I heard that she took nude pics of herself, I started hating her immediately. I hadn't even SEEN the pics of Vanessa!! But I have seen the racy pics Miley took. I still like Miley though. xP

Well if I seen someone I know, or anyone for that matter, I'd probably still talk about it.

And of course they're not getting tackled by the paparazzi, they made the choice not to be famous, unlike Miley who knew what could happen.

She's not a "normal girl". Well yes, in the sense of she enjoys things that regular kids do. But what I mean is she's in a WAY different social situation, and when you made the choice to be looked up to by 12554477678087 kids, you better start acting appropriatly.

You wouldn't want your kid's teacher taking half naked photos of herself. It's pretty much the same idea as your child's rolemodel taking half naked photos of herself as well. Same concept.

Yes. I understand that if it was an average girl, paparazzi wouldn't be following them. Obviously.

But she's NOT an average girl.

She's a star who claims to love being a positive role model for young girls. She knows full and well people are following her every move, yet she still chose to do this.

I understand what not everyone is going to be stupid enough to follow in her footsteps and imitate her, but you have to remember that there ARE people who will. If you want proof, go find a 12 year old in a mini skirt and tight shirt and ask what her favorite genre of music is. I can almost guarantee it's either rap or hip-hop.

Whether you want to believe it or not, celebrities DO influence people. Good or bad.
