Mating help

I have a V3 and a V4. They have 4 hearts together, and they are also opposite genders,(of coarse)

But what I need to know is The girl is 6 and the boy is 3. Could they mate at the ages they are now?

So I'm guessing the 3 year old one is an adult, if so then yes, but it could take longer.

They both have to be adults and even if they have four hearts they have to be connected alot more times.

no. My V4 was 1 and V3 was 0. They were at good friend (4 smiles) and they did not move up to best friend. The only reason you got to 4 hearts is cuz they're both adults.
