I am pretty sure it comes when your tama is 7 i comes only if you don't have a mate yet.

The match maker starts comming at age 6-7 and will keep coming ages 6-10 the times that she comes are 1o:00 AM 3:00 7:00 Note: you can set the time for her to come when your tama is old enough but you have to set it to a minute befor the time and wait a minute.

You may have another event happen if you change the time.
