Lazlo and beyond - A Tama Connection and Friends Log (Comments OK!)

My last log was rather short lived, so I'm going to make up for it by making this new log where I can log pretty much all my tamas and vpets in one thread as I run them at my own pace.

To start, we have the namesake of the thread: Lazlo, my new baby on the rerelease connection! I did not expect to get one of these, but a very kind individual on discord bought one for me.



Lazlo is a boy, as you can see. I named him after Laszlo from Meet the Robinsons, but had to excuse the S due to the 5 letter limit. Meet the Robinsons is one of my favorite movies of all time, and the connection was my childhood tama, so I wanted to combine the importance of the two of them.

I'm also currently running my uni, and I'm going to be receiving a pix party in a few days. This is my current tama on the uni. His name is Lunch Sandwich, and he's pretty low maintenance, which is nice.

A few small updates today, mostly pertaining to Lazlo. He evolved from a baby to child yesterday, and then evolved into a teen just a few minutes ago. He looks like a minion now. How unfortunate.



Second update is that my pix is coming today, a few days earlier than I expected! So expect to see something about that when it gets here.

No major updates on Lunch Sandwich. I may try to marry him off within the week.

So, both my pix and the bootleg bunny rom vpet got here today. All is well with the bunny rom, it's exactly as expected.



However, all is not well with my pix.

The listing said nothing other than that it works. It was used so I wasn't expecting perfection, but when it got here, the batteries were in and it was on, and it was...

STICKY.



Now, for the price I paid I did not expect it to be perfect of course, but the seller did not mention the nasty residue whatsoever. I had to wash it off myself, and I messaged the seller to ask for a partial refund because that's just nasty.

In a somewhat ironic twist, this is my second time in a row having an issue with a color screen tama bought off ebay. With my uni, it was listed as new in box, but it was clearly opened. The seller duped me into closing my return request by promising a small refund, and then they didn't give it to me. Ebay helped me and I managed to get a full refund on the uni earlier today.

Are my color tamas just cursed or something? I'll see what happens this time around.

Nothing really to report today. I'm keeping Lazlo asleep today, and I took Lunch Sandwich with me to the theater.



He actually asked to leave today and I nearly had a heart attack. Oh well, I'll marry him off soon.

As for the movie, we saw Despicable Me 4. I'm not really a fan of Despicable Me movies, but I went to see it because of the villain, Maxime Le Mal.



Needless to say, I left the theater with a new fictional crush.

So, no interesting updates on Lazlo. Since he was asleep yesterday, he's still just a minion looking thing.



However, today I decided it was finally time to marry off Lunch Sandwich! He got married in a casino of all places.



And here's the son he left for me. Everyone, meet Breakfast Burrito!



I gave him a special colorful room for the heck of it. His personality is orderly.

Breakfast Burrito evolved into a child, here he is taking a nap with his "face massager". Also, Maxime is there.

Somehow, despite accidentally starving him this morning, Lazlo evolved into Mametchi!

I put the tab in my connection for the time being. Right now I'm focusing on my Uni. Speaking of, Breakfast Burrito got married today, and he had a daughter. Her name is Taquito.
