I have a young and young . I want them in kindergarten but the teachers won't come. Why not? Somebody please answer this!

You're talking about V4? The pre-school teacher was supposed to come when your tama is a toddler. Now, your tama is already a teen and the pre-school teacher never came to your tama?

Yeah, the kindergarden teacher comes around 2 or 3 hours after your tama changes from toddler to child.
