Why would you want a Keitai if you can already get a Connection/Connexion v3. The v3 has more features. A Keitai can't connect to TamaTown.

I think the Keitai is good for collections maybe.. I collect Japanese Tamas, And the first one I got was a keitai.. Back in July.

I don't use it anymore though, I might sell it or make it the symbol of my collection.
