Twist(roper jumps, turns around and faces other spinner),

Run up the stairs( roper preteneds they are going up stairs)

Go to your room ( keep jumping)

and say your prayers( puts hands together)

I know two:

Basically, you all start out and jump in when you hear the month of your birthday called out. (january birthdays start in)

All in for

January, February, March etc.

All out for (jump out when you hear your birthday month)

January February, March etc.

And the other:

High

Low

Twirly-Whirly

Eyes closed

Peppers (rope spinners spin faster)

And you repeat that until the person gets tangled int the rope, and whichever chant they land on they have to do next time it's their go for example:

High (rope spinners don't let the rop touch the ground)

Low (rope jumper has to jump squatting or standing low)

Twirly-Whirly (Rope jumper has to spin around while jumping the rope)

Eyes closed (rope jumper has to jump with his/her eyes closed *self explanatory*)

Peppers (how you'd normally play peppers - count to three with normal jumps then rope spinners spin the rope faster so that the person jumping can only hit the ground once in between jumping the rope)

And there's also two things that don't have chants, but they're always fun to do if you have more than 4 people:

Pages:

You form a line next to one of the rope spinners (usually on the left) and first time through you just run through (then go to the right side of the other rope spinner) when the whole line goes through a second time everyone does one jump, third time 2 jumps, 4th time 3 jumps, etc.

Pretty simple actually, you just play pages but every time you go through you only do one jump.

You need two people it goes

'Back to Back' (The two people turn around continue jumping back to back)

'Face to Face' (You turn back round so your jumping face to face)

'Shake your hands and change your place' (you shake hands and while jumping and shaking swap over places)

Its real hard but real fun, And its great when you get it right and you can repeat until it goes wrong!
