Jed won't use what I buy!

Does a Tama have to be an adult to use all the things you buy or are some things only for giving to others? Also, how am I supposed to tell when he is an adut? (Granted, mine is only 1 but it already evolved into a Ringotchi). I have spent pleeeenty of time bribing it to play games to get points (heheh...) and it can't use the costume, pencil, hair potion, or the boots that cost me 500 points!! What's up with that, y'all? Wow, I'm 18 now and haven't had a Tamagotchi since I was something like 10. Back in the day...

Nope, most of the items you can only use when your Tamagotchi is an adult. But you can use items like the Ball, etc. (infant stuff) when it is young.

Yeah, I agree with what afterglw said. It's too bad, though...I've always wanted to see a Ringotchi in boots...LOL

You can get an apple to stand over small toy boots to kinda have the image of what a ringotchi would look like wearing boots lol.I'd like to see a babitchi or a marutchi with boots.

Aaw alright thanks a lot everyone! I swear the time differences must be different because I had to wait a whole day for this lol and the time on here for UK is just completely OUT. I may adjust it later if that is possible...

A lot of the infant species are so super-cute (except for the 1st generation babies that get hatched when you awaken the Tamagotchi or whatever the terminology is which I think are... erm... not). Shame they can't play with much then. Well I am just accumulating adult toys. Are any specific to certain adult species? I did most recenty procure some darts. It's not only that ninja-looking one that can use those, right?

I think you can use the items with any of the adult evolutions, maybe there are a couple that can only be used with certain characters but I kind of doubt it. Not really all that much is known about this new Version, so we'll just have to wait and see.

Yes, most of the items you purchase in shops can only be used if your tama is grown.

but there are also items they can play with when youngsters, like the lion doll, action figure, and the construction cubes (BLDG BLOCK).

The cubes can be used from teen stadium, but when it's an adult, the constructions get more complicated and (excuse me) better.

The doll and the action man can be used at all stages of life, but as a baby and toddler, they will only look at it and smile. when grown and teen, they will sit down and play a (silent) game with it. Tamas likes to have them at the bedside at night.

Tip: I think that buying toys for your friend is really good. So if you buy a ball, don't give up playing before the tama steps off the ball with a smile. That builds up its confidence alot more than we see

i have a ringotchi and i can use the pencil i dont know why yours cant't.
