Japanese TamaTown

Does anybody know why I can not click anything on the Japanese tamatown. I can click exit and enter but not the buildings.

When I go on the Japanese tamatown I cannot click on any of the locations such as the school or bakery. I can only see the screen with all of the places but cannot enter/click.

There's multiple JPN TamaTowns. They've been shut down too if I remember correctly. That might be why.
