Hello everyone and thanks for having me!
I got my first tamagotchi back when I was around 8 and had it for a few years, well 16 years later I’ve decided I need them back in my life.

I have ordered a rerelease of the v1 to start and was wondering which others one you guys would recommended.

Just wanted to come and introduce myself and thank you all for keeping tamagotchis going

Hello there, and welcome! Some Tamagotchi's I recommend are the Tamagotchi Connection Version 1 and 2, and the other ones that I really like, and were my first. Are the Tamagotchi Digimon. They actually recently just released a version 20th for the 20th anniversary of them (you can find them on Amazon). They follow the same exact formula of the P1's and 2's. It's just their intention was that they were meant for boys. But as you play through a Tamagotchi Digimon. You will see some similarities in some of the characters between the 2.

I had been thinking about getting digimon one when I saw them being discussed in another thread, I am definitely going to grab one next payday for sure.
Grew up loving digimon; anything that will connect me to my childhood is a must have

I had two v2 back when I was younger that I think got sold in a yard sale when I moved sadly, I got absorbed in pc gaming so all the money I did get went towards that. Now that I have a little spare money I have decided to sink my interest into tamas. My wife had shown interest also has she has a v3 when she was younger. Looking to get her v2 rerelease and a Pix here soon.

The best thing to do is search up what interests you on YouTube. Watch some gameplay and decide if it is something you’d like. Especially true for old stuff, but new stuff too.

I recommend the Pix and Digimon as well. They are available right now at normal prices. The Digimon are usually on discount on Amazon too.
