Yep, it's legit, the charm has nothing to do with it though. And it's a Japanese Tamagotchi, so it won't be in English.

Yes, it's a real Tamagotchi Keitai Akai from the autumnal two-pack, I have both of them. Keitai might look just like our english v3, but they have nothing in common.
