Is the clock character in the v5 rare?

Well, if you wanted to know is it in the smart family why didn't you say that in the title?

Anyways, the clock character is called Furikotchi and is got be training your family with Mame/Smart bonding items. It is a 40 - 70% bonding adult. ^_^

Furikotchi is not rare, but I likes him lots ^.^ The only rare chacters on V5 are Makiko, KuroMemetchi and there parent forms, also the space family.
