Is it just me? or is it tamatalk still using Xenforo like Smogon does?

I remember it used to be Invision community but got removed after the tech admin (the former admin) retired and leaved the admin to a weird woman user,then she lacks the money for invision and changed the forum software to Xenforo,who is the forum software that Smogon uses.

So,is it just me? or is it tamatalk still using Xenforo like Smogon does?

I Think It Does, As It Says At The Bottom Of The Forum List.
