Im new to everything was looking for something with the infrared to start creating i have tamagotchi ps and a idl did not know what is compatible

Hmm... I don't know much about phones, but I'm pretty sure that just about any phone which utilizes infra-red is compatible.

Try searching some on eBay; preferably older models because they will more likely be cheaper than newer models.

You could also try using an infra-red USB dongle, but they are very frustrating.
