Incorrect Evolution?

So I finally got my Nikatchi to evolve on my V2 and it evolved into a.....Gunjirotchi? I've looked at a lot of charts such as this one:

Is this a glitch or am I looking at it wrong?

Huh...any chance this chart is wrong? I'd check it against other charts because by the looks of things (unless too am reading this wrong) something went wrong...I don't want to say it's a glitch though without further investigation.

I think the other one might have been wrong, but I also saw other charts with the same format as the orange one which say that it's not possible:

I see the bottom one is by Ra I would trust that one to the fullest. So I say you have a glitch! Which is pretty cool! I've never gotten Gunjirotchi from Nikatchi before. He's an odd gen teen so he should of evolved into an odd gen adult not an even gen!

My V2 even says it's the 5th generation. That's pretty cool. :3
