Oh my what a shame . Last year I had strep throat and diarrhea ( sorry too much info ) It was terrible every time I threw up I did some stuff in my pants >_< ( sorry again too much info ) at least it isn't as bad as strep because that's worse. I think you just have a cold or the flu try hot soup like chicken noodle soup or ramen that cures nearly everything .

Really? Ramen helps stuffy noses? Hmmm... *SNRRRT* Might wanna try that...

Anyways, I do know that hot chocolate will help with sore throats, and if you drink ice water afterwards will help the swelling go down.
