I TOTALLY agree with everyone here. What a waste of money! You know, 15 or somethin' bucks is actually WORTH something. It would be okay if it was like a toy worth 50 cents or somethin' really low, you could get anywhere. BUT A TAMA? 15 BUCKS? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, you could have really got poisoned. That ink was probably some sort of acid, probably not a friendly acid like the ones you find in your orange juice. Have you ever seen what it says in packets? If battery leaks liquid, avoid contact with skin. Wow. You killed a tamagotchi, and nearly hurt yourself. Well, hope this entire crisis teaches you a BIG lesson!

The battary acid was more than likely LCD liquid stuff.Whenever the LCD (LIQUID Crystal Display) Cracks,Theink like substance will ooze out.But Not to sound like a flamer, but a tamagotchi fansite is NOT the best place to post this.One is more than likely to gain a less than good reputation on TT for talking about something like this.

i got my tama in like feb i wuz practicing softball at home and then i just decided 2 throw it in the air and i hit it with my bat when i went 2 go pick it up all th ink splatterd but the screen cracked alittle if u ever done something like this pm me luv ya

You are crazy for doing that. In the instructions it says '' Not to step on the tama, not to swink it at anyone, step on the top and not to THROW THE TOY AT ANYONE. Sorry, you must have gone wacko. One time I played a song on the piano really fast without noticing. I couldnt stop. I did it without noticing. Ask someone to get you a new one for replacement.
