What characters will I get???? Also, what times do the matchmaker come? Does it only come when your Tama is 6??? What if I miss it?????

the character you will get from patapatatchi depends on how you raise it. There's really no way to know.

The matchmaker comes at 10:30am, 3pm and 7pm after you tamagotchi is an adult. She will come for 3-4 days depending on when she starts. If you do not accept her offer or find another suitable tama to mate with, your's will evolve into an oldtimer!
