i don't understand please help

my tama wont do anything but dance it wont beep and you know the "heartbeat" it dont have 1 of those i checked and it's not dead whats going on?

Did you try pressing any buttons?It may be a momentarily thing.

if it won't beep when you push the buttons, try pushing A and C together and making sure your sound is turned on. As far as the "heartbeat", hold the back of your tama to your ear. it's just a faint beep.

Check to see your tamagotchis sound is on, if it is, maybe the batterys low.
