I don’t know what this means

I just got my tamagotchi 4u 2 days ago and have a nexus 7 2013 but even though it’s now in English I don’t know what it says in the clover option in the status section “[SIZE=12pt]ピツピにんぎよう”[/SIZE]

I translated it and it literally says “I love this game!”

Not exactly sure what it suppose to mean for the 4U, hopfully someone who owns a 4U can help you.
