I am pushing A and C and my Tama comes up close.

I wasn't trying to do that, I was trying to turn the sound off because it beeped too much.......and it keeps doing that every time I try to turn the sound on or off.......any reason why it does that?

You have to press it at the same time. I just press A first, keep holding it then press C.

I pushed them both at same time, so i'm fine now......the buttons kinda go spazzy a little, but nothing too serious.

It probably wasn't registering the "A" button. I assume you're talking about your Tama-go; The buttons can be a little spazzy sometimes.

yep, my Tama-Go does that. maybe I pushed the buttons a little too quickly.

it kinda takes a while to get used to the things that your Tama-Go might do........I got used to the beeping noises......

The Tamagotchi will come close when you just press C, so it's a problem with the buttons.

yeah....maybe it doesn't register the A button quick enough.

Okay!, well sometimes, (this works for my v1,v4,v4.5,v5 and v6, and usually I can push and hold down the A button then press C (with the A button still held) very best of luck!
