I almost fainted...

I'm in chorus and we had to sing for the whole school, but I don't get stagefright or anything. We had to sing 10 songs. I hate chorus. Anyways, on the 9th song, I started sweating and my stomach starting hurting. Then, a creepy thing happened. My sight went black for like about 10 seconds and then everything went back to normal and I felt fine. My teacher noticed I was holding my stomach and how pale I was, so at the end of the song she asked if I needed to go to the nurse but I said no. Now I feel completely fine but my stomach is still hurting. it was so embarrassing, and everyone saw how pale I was.

Thats sad! But its okay I dont think anyone noticed or anything. But guess what? Today was field day for us. And I tried out for a lap race. And I wanted to win so bad! So I got up there and I ren as fast as I could! The fastest girl in are whole middle school was also in the race and I was in front of her for the whole time! Tell all these boys (my friends/popular boys) said ELIZABETH (I just made a name up, cause I dont want to use my real name) hurry she is right behind you. So I booked it and then she beet me by a second! Its okay though. Because I took second in the whole record book. But then I just felt so weird. Like my legs were about to just break down, lost my sight, dizzy, head ache. And then I had to do a tug of war. We didnt win because we went against some 8th graders (we are only in 6th grade). But I got home today and I was VERY pale and my eyes were a really light grey color. So my mom told me to lay down and rest. Now I still feel wossy and kind of weird. But I think I am going to be alright. So I almost pasted out too! lol

Once one of my friends fainted during a chorus performance and fell off the bleachers. I thought she broke her hand, when I saw her later, but it turns out she was just eating some goldfish.

i faint at the sight of my own blood (except if its a minor scratch, then im okay, but if its like gushing out and the wound is near my head -Example=shoulder) I'll Faint)

Sometimes i faint at the dentist.

Were you locking your knees? I have known several people who have almost(and have) fainted from locking thier knees in concert. I have even known someone who threw up from it. When you lock your knees it sends a message to the brain that says " shut down" For some reason I am emmune to the locking the knees thing but most people aren't. Just make sure that you don't try to stand up too tall and relax your knees a little and you will do fine!

I had to sing a duet with another choir member and I had never done it before, but I wasen't nervous. I guess I lack stage fright. We had to have good stage presence (such as walking around, hand movements) and there was this thing at the end of the song where we had to sing back and fourth to each other like an echo thing. My voice cracked, but all in all it wasen't bad...
